Crazigoods’ facility in Gia Bình II Industrial Park, Bắc Ninh, sits 5 km from Gia Bình International Airport, 2 km from inland waterway terminals, and directly on the Hanoi–Hai Phong expressway. This multi‑modal setup allows urgent small batches to be air‑freighted, bulk shipments of yarns and finished goods to use waterways, and road transport to link swiftly to Hai Phong Port. The result is reduced lead times, lower inventory costs, and flexible delivery options—ensuring Crazigoods can meet tight deadlines and rapidly shifting market demands.
Automated Knitting Capacity & Scalable Growth
On a 26,000 m² campus with 14,000 m² of production space, Crazigoods operates 100 Shima Seiki flat‑bed knitting machines (7G/14G), yielding up to 5,000 units daily and 100,000+ pieces monthly. Automated yarn feeding, digital design integration, and real‑time performance monitoring minimize errors and maximize output. The factory’s modular layout supports expansion to 300 machines by 2027—simply adding standardized utility hookups and machine bays—allowing seamless growth without disrupting existing operations.
Integrated Embroidery, Quality Control & Transparency
n‑house Tajima embroidery (single‑ and multi‑head) ensures customization and bulk decoration without outsourcing. Every stage—from digital pattern programming and yarn selection to in‑process gauge checks and post‑production wash‑fastness tests—is monitored for consistency. Final inspections cover dimensions, stitch quality, and appearance before packaging.
